Expansion machine thread element fault solution:

1) The expansion machine uses a jet to first close the direct steam valve of the expansion machine on the computer or on site and exit the cone head.

2) Analyze the cause of spray for treatment;

3) Eliminate the cause of the fault, clean the accumulation supplied to the cutter suction outlet, and use the main motor of the expander to cut off the power supply for the cutter suction for locking when cleaning the cutter suction; Pay attention to the steam string.

4) Unlock the power supply of the transmission expander and turn on the production.

extrusion machine thread element slip:

1) The drive belt of the expander is too loose and slips;

2) The load of the expander is too large (large supply amount, small steam supply amount, poor ejection of the cone, etc.).

Expansion machine thread element fault solution:

1) If the slippage is caused by the loose belt, just stop the expander, lock the motor breakpoint, contact the machine, and tighten the belt.

2) When the belt slips under excessive load, remove the cone die, reduce the steam valve, and reduce the supply of the expander. When the current of the expander drops to the normal current, adjust the supply and steam volume to enter the mold. Pay attention to the change of the motor current of the expander when entering the mold, and then slowly enter the mold. If the belt slips slightly, adjust the steam volume and supply volume appropriately. Generally adjust the size of the amount of steam.

expander power outage overload:

1) When the power supply of the expander is cut off, the steam valve of the expander is directly closed. When the cone mold is demolded, the steam between the cylinders of the expander is opened to heat the steam, and the materials in the expander and the cylinder hole are insulated to prevent the material from bonding and blocking the expander after cooling. The expander is started after the power supply is turned on. If the expander cannot be started within 30 minutes, the material in the chamber must be discharged by driving.

2) When all the power is cut off in the factory, immediately open the bypass of the steam supply valve of the expander, close the direct steam valve of the expander, open the indirect steam valve of the expander cylinder, keep the material in the expander and the chamber warm, and wait for the call before processing.
