Then add sufficient lubricating oil to each lubricating part, and do a good job in cleaning and sanitation of the equipment. When using a flat twin-screw extruder, attention should be paid to the lowest working speed of the screw in the early stage of feeding production, and the feeding should be small and uniform. Check at any time whether the pointer of the working ammeter of the motor driving the lead screw changes. Especially after the extruder is put into normal production, the operator should always check the temperature change of the bearing part. When checking the temperature of the motor and each bearing part, lightly touch the inspection part with the back of your finger. Do not touch any rotating parts with your hands when the flat twin screw extruder is running. Then it is also recommended that when disassembling screws and molds, do not hit the parts directly with a heavy hammer. If necessary, use hardwood for removal or installation. The next step is to clean up the residues on the screw, barrel and mold. Be sure to clean them with bamboo or copper knives and brushes. Do not scrape the residues with steel knives or roast the parts with fire. The extruder must not be driven when handling extruder malfunctions. When rotating the extruder screw and adjusting the die, do not allow the operator to face the extruder barrel to prevent accidents. Of course, during the production work, the operator is not allowed to leave the post. The flat twin screw extruder should be stopped if required to leave. Remove the screws after parking. After removing the residue, apply a layer of anti-rust oil. If it is not used temporarily, it should be wrapped and hung vertically in a dry and ventilated place. Extruders and molding dies that have been discontinued for a long time should be coated with anti-rust oil and sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering.
