The gap between the spiral reamer and the bushing should be kept between 3~5mm as far as possible. The gap between the mud pressing plate and the spiral reamer, and the gap between the mixing knife and the inner wall of the mixing tank should generally be less than 8mm and less than 10mm. If the gap is too large, the mud will affect the output.

(4) The fixing bolts and fastening bolts of each part of the mud cylinder should be checked and tightened regularly; the fastening bolts of the jacket coupling also need to be checked and tightened frequently, otherwise the whole machine will swing, and in severe cases, the cylinder body will be broken and the shaft will be broken. Accidents such as bending and bolt breakage.

(5) The manufacturer of the screw thread element of the extruder believes that where the round nut is locked, it should also be checked after operation to prevent the parts from shifting and damaging other parts due to the withdrawal of the round nut.

(6) Coordination in the production process to avoid other frequent shutdowns and prevent early damage to the clutch.
