1. The flat twin-screw extruder may have a bearing problem at a certain position, causing the machine to run abnormally, vibrating the working current, and the running current is large, and it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection or replace the bearing.

2. When the ring die is blocked or only part of the die holes are discharged, foreign matter enters the ring die, the ring die is out of round, the gap between the pressure roller and the pressure die is too tight, the pressure roller is worn or the pressure roller bearing is damaged and cannot roll, the pelletizer will swing.

3. The coupling correction is unbalanced, the unevenness is deviated, the granulating machine will swing, the gear shaft oil seal is easily damaged, and the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line.

4. The spindle is not tightened, especially for D-type or E-type machines. When the spindle is loosened, it will move back and forth axially, and the pressure roller will swing obviously. The noise of the granulator will have a great shock, and it is difficult to granulate. The butterfly spring and round nut at the tail of the spindle need to be tightened.

5. The size of the gear wear, or the replacement of a single gear, there will also be noise.
